1. Eggs
Eggs are a nutritional powerhouse, packed with high-quality protein that promotes muscle growth and repair. A typical chicken egg weighing between 50-60g contains approximately 6-7g of protein. This superfood also contains essential amino acids that boost the body’s immunity. For women, eggs help maintain a toned physique and support overall skin and hair health. Due to the higher calorie and fat content in the yolk, H’Hen Niê often opts for consuming just the egg whites.

H’Hen Niê and her husband, Tuấn Khôi, often opt for boiled eggs due to their convenience, nutritional value, and lack of additional calories.
2. Salmon
Salmon is one of the richest sources of protein among seafood. A 100g serving provides 22g of protein. Additionally, salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce inflammation and improve fat metabolism. Including salmon in your diet helps you stay fuller for longer, curbs cravings, enhances insulin sensitivity, and aids in blood sugar control, making it an excellent choice for weight management and achieving a leaner physique.
3. Chicken Breast
Skinless chicken breast is a staple in most diets due to its high protein content, which aids in muscle development and maintenance. A 100g serving of raw, skinless chicken breast contains approximately 32g of protein. Compared to other meats, chicken breast is lower in calories and fat, making it a go-to option for weight loss and maintenance. Moreover, white meat typically contains less cholesterol, reducing the risk of clogged arteries, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity. Tuấn Khôi, a photographer, often prepares chicken breast in various ways to counteract its dryness, such as stir-frying it with tomatoes or shredding and mixing it with rice or pan-frying it.
H’Hen Niê’s meals always include a generous portion of vegetables and lean protein, ensuring she maintains her toned and healthy physique.
H’Hen Niê, born in 1992 in Đắk Lắk, was crowned Miss Universe Vietnam in 2017 and later represented her country at Miss Universe 2018, finishing in the top 5. In early 2019, the renowned beauty pageant website Missosology named H’Hen Niê the winner of the Timeless Beauty title. She has since taken on roles as a coach on The Next Face Vietnam’s first season and as a judge for Miss Universe Vietnam 2022. H’Hen Niê has also ventured into acting, making her debut as an action star in the film 578: Phát đạn của kẻ điên.
Her husband, full name Nguyễn Tuấn Khôi, is a photographer and director, three years her senior. Tuấn Khôi typically stays behind the scenes, producing TVCs and avoiding the limelight of the entertainment industry. H’Hen Niê and Tuấn Khôi began their relationship in mid-2018 but kept it private. It was only in early 2025 that they publicly announced their marriage, registered their union on Valentine’s Day, and held a simple wedding ceremony in Đắk Lắk on March 14th.
