Milk mask

In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of ground coffee and enough coconut oil to create a thick mixture. Use to exfoliate the skin on wet skin before showering. Use twice a week.

Honey mask

In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of honey and a few drops of turmeric essential oil or rose oil, whatever you have available. Mix well and apply evenly on the face and neck. Can be used for the body as well. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse off. Use two or three times a week.

In a bowl, mash 1/3 cup of papaya and add enough rice flour to create a thick mixture. Use it as a mask for the face and body. Use twice a week.

Tomato is known as a magic potion for skin care due to its many good ingredients for the skin. Take a fresh tomato and cut it in half. Dip one half into sugar or fine sugar and rub it on the face and body. Leave the residue for 5 minutes and rinse off. Use this method twice a week.

Lemon balm water

Put 3-4 lemon balm roots in a jar and add water. Let it soak overnight and use this water as a mineral spray for the face and body after daily showering.
