Rice powder not only contains a lot of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that soothe the skin from the outside in, but it can also brighten and whiten discolored skin areas. If used once a week, it will help polish off dead skin cells and reduce the appearance of blemishes.
Honey is excellent for sensitive skin due to its natural healing and antibacterial properties.

Tea tree oil has natural antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and soothing properties for the skin.
Yogurt is a natural source of lactic acid, ideal for rejuvenating sensitive skin and probiotics that help restore the natural microorganisms on your skin.
Dried chamomile flowers gently exfoliate and soothe inflammation.
How to Make Rice Scrub
Pour ¼ cup of rice into a clean coffee grinder (do not grind too much rice, or you may end up with large sharp rice pieces). Grind the rice in short batches and check the thickness after each grinding.
Mix the rice powder, chamomile flowers, and tea tree essential oil in a sealed glass jar.
You can completely remove the dried flowers or replace them with essential oil.
Essential Oils: Some types of essential oils have been scientifically researched for their properties in treating acne:
Lavender: Lavender oil is known for its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties.
Frankincense: Frankincense oil has anti-inflammatory, wound healing, and anti-aging properties.
Calendula: Calendula oil is derived from marigold flowers and is famous for its wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth mixture. Add a little yogurt to thin the texture. Use your fingers or a brush to evenly apply the rice scrub mask to your face and neck, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Let the mask dry for about 15-20 minutes.
If you have oily skin, add 1 teaspoon of clay to the rice powder and mix the exfoliating mixture with apple cider vinegar or rose water. Apply to areas with oily skin (such as the nose, chin, and forehead) 2-3 times a week.
How to use the exfoliating scrub
Cleanse your face: Use a regular cleanser to remove makeup, dirt, and excess oil. Then gently pat your face dry with a clean towel.
How to prepare: Take a small amount of homemade rice powder in the palm of your hand. Add enough water to achieve a consistency similar to a paste.
Massage the exfoliating scrub mixture onto your skin in circular motions. Be gentle as the rice powder can exfoliate the skin, and you should not scrub too hard.
Leave the exfoliating scrub on your face for 2-3 minutes for the ingredients to work their magic. Then, rinse your face with warm water to ensure that all the cleansing agents are removed. Pat your face dry with a clean towel and proceed with applying your regular moisturizer to lock in moisture.
It is best to use the rice scrub 1-2 times a week. Using it too frequently can strip away the skin’s moisture and make it more sensitive to external factors. Apply it gently and avoid harsh rubbing to prevent small cracks that could damage sensitive skin.
