Huỳnh Thị Thanh Thủy, born in 2002 and hailing from Da Nang, Vietnam, was crowned Miss Vietnam 2022 before going on to win the Miss Intercontinental 2024 title in Tokyo, Japan, on November 12, 2024. The 22-year-old bested 75 other contestants, impressing the judges with her academic excellence and stunning looks. Standing tall at 1.76 m, her measurements are an impressive 80-63-94 cm.

Prior to her pageantry success, Thanh Thủy pursued her studies at two prestigious institutions: the University of Foreign Languages under the University of Da Nang, and Greenwich University Vietnam.

In an interview, Thanh Thủy shared a simple end-of-day routine that helps her maintain her slender figure. She swears by these four effective exercises:

1. Boat Pose: Lie on a mat with legs extended straight or knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Keep your arms parallel to the mat and engage your core muscles. Slightly lean back, holding the pose for as long as possible. Repeat this exercise 2-3 times per session.

2. Reach for the Toes: Lie on your back and take a deep breath. As you exhale, engage your core muscles and lift your upper body simultaneously with your right leg. Reach your left arm toward your right toe without straining your neck. Keep your chin towards your chest to avoid putting pressure on your neck. Slowly lower your body back down and repeat on the other side.

Engage your core and scissor your legs, crossing one leg over the other.
