strictly follows the “3-0” diet rule: no sugary drinks, no starches in the evening, and no fried or high-calorie foods. Instead of calorie-laden beverages, she opts for unsweetened tea and soy milk to quench her thirst.

Notably, she avoids adding any sugar to this concoction.
