## Facial Yoga Exercises:

### 1. Forehead Wrinkle Prevention Exercise:

– **How to do it**: Clench both hands into fists and place your knuckles on your forehead. Gently glide your knuckles across your forehead, starting from the center and moving outwards towards your temples.
– **Repetitions**: Do this at least 6 times to smooth out wrinkles and crow’s feet on your forehead.

### 2. Eye Wrinkle Reduction Exercise:

– **How to do it**: Place your index and middle fingers at the outer corners of your eyes. Gently spread your fingers apart, pulling at a 45-degree angle towards the back of your head until your eyes are gently squinted. Focus your gaze on a distant point and hold this position for 5 seconds before relaxing.
– **Repetitions**: Perform 3 sets of this exercise.

### 3. Eye Area Firming Exercise:

– **How to do it**: Place your thumbs near your ears and your index fingers below your eyes. Open your mouth wide and look up at the ceiling, keeping your eyes open. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then release.
– **Eye Blink Exercise**: Close your left eye while keeping your right eye open. Look up at the ceiling with your open eye. Hold for 5-10 seconds. Repeat the exercise, alternating between eyes.

### 4. Comprehensive Facial Exercise:

– **Forehead and Eyebrows**: Place your hands on your forehead, spreading your fingers between your hairline and eyebrows. Gently glide your fingers from the center of your forehead outwards. Repeat 5-10 times. Then, place your middle and index fingers at the inner corners of your eyebrows. Press firmly and slightly spread your fingers, repeating 5-10 times.
– **Cheekbones**: Perform the “fish face” exercise by taking a deep breath and exhaling with an “oo” sound, pursing your lips together. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds and then release. Repeat 5-10 times.
– **Blowfish Exercise**: Inhale and fill your mouth with air, then pinch your lips together, pushing the air towards your lips. Move the air to the right, left, upper, and lower sides of your mouth, holding for 5 seconds in each position.

### 5. Face Slimming Exercise:

– **How to do it**: Take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Inhale again and puff out your cheeks, filling them with air. Use your index and middle fingers to gently press your cheeks in towards your teeth. Hold for 5-10 seconds, release, and exhale.
– **Repetitions**: Do this 10 times.

### 6. Jaw Exercise:

– **How to do it**: Inhale deeply through your nose, then curl your tongue and touch your palate, right behind your front teeth. Exhale slowly through your nose, keeping your tongue in this position. Hold your breath for a few seconds, then release your tongue and exhale completely. Repeat this cycle, gradually increasing the hold time as you feel comfortable.

– **How to do it**: Sit down and tilt your head back, pursing your lips together. Push your head forward and hold this position for at least 10 seconds, then release. Perform this exercise 5 times regularly for effective results.
