**Forehead and Eyebrows**:
– Place your hands on your forehead and spread your fingers between your hairline and eyebrows. Gently glide your fingers outwards from the center of your forehead.

**Cheekbones**:
– **The “Fish Face”**: Take a deep breath and exhale through your mouth, making a “ha” sound. Close your mouth and pull your lips towards your teeth as if you’re smiling with a closed mouth. Suck in your cheeks towards your teeth, creating a fish-like face. Hold for 5-10 seconds, then release.
– **Repetitions**: Repeat 5-10 times.
– **The “Puffer Fish”**: Inhale and fill your mouth with air. Purse your lips together, trapping the air inside. Move the air to the right side of your mouth, then to the left, and finally, push it up and down against your lips. Hold the air in each position for 5 seconds, feeling the resistance in your cheeks and upper and lower lips.
### 5. Face Slimming:

### 6. Jaw Exercise:

Repeat the cycle of inhaling, holding your breath, and exhaling, gradually increasing the duration as you feel comfortable.
