Method 1: Top up from a linked bank account

On the Viettel Money app, you can top up your account by linking a bank account that has Internet Banking activated. To top up from a linked bank account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the Viettel Money app on your phone. On the home screen, select Top up -> Select the account you want to top up, which is ViettelPay.

Step 2: Enter the amount you want to top up into your account -> Click Continue.

Step 3: Select the linked bank account -> Click Confirm.

Step 4: Enter your Viettel Money password and the OTP code sent automatically to the phone number registered to your account to authenticate and complete the transaction.

If you have not yet linked your bank account, click on Link and top up now -> Enter the bank name to search -> Enter information such as card number, cardholder’s name, ID/passport number, card issuance date, then click Link card.

With this top-up method, the minimum amount you need to make per transaction is 10,000 VND.

Method 2: Top up by bank transfer to ViettelPay Account

This method of topping up your Viettel Money account is more convenient if you are unable to link your bank account to your Viettel Money wallet.

Step 1: Log in to the Viettel Money app on your phone -> Click View balance -> Select ViettelPay Account.

Step 3: Go to your banking app, select Transfer -> Select Interbank transfer -> Select Military Bank (MB) -> Enter the account number you copied -> Click Continue.

Step 1: Go to your banking app, select Transfer -> Select Interbank transfer.
