In a separate bowl, whisk together 160g all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. Gradually add this dry mixture to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
Next, sift in 15g cocoa powder and mix well. Finally, fold in 40g chocolate chips. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
