When the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is boiling, add 10g of unsalted butter and 1 teaspoon of whipping cream, stir well. Then, add the blended raisins and gelatin, stir well. When the candy mixture boils, add 10g of toasted coconut. Mix well and turn off the heat.

Line the molds with plastic wrap and wax paper. Sprinkle a layer of toasted coconut. Distribute the raisin candy mixture evenly into the molds, and top with another layer of toasted coconut. Cover with another layer of wax paper. Place the candy molds in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
