1. Grilled Garlic Mushrooms
Ingredients: 6 shiitake mushrooms, 1 clove of garlic, 3 chili peppers, 2 purple onions, hoisin sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, salt.
Instructions:
1. Rinse the chili peppers and parsley first, then cut them into 3cm pieces for later use.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic, set aside for later use.
3. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms, rinse them thoroughly and set aside.
4. Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and black pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, season with a pinch of salt and hoisin sauce to taste, then add one teaspoon of sesame oil and stir-fry evenly.
5. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps.
6. Prepare a baking tray, line it with silver paper and place the mushrooms on top. Adjust the oven to 200 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes (each oven has a different temperature, so be careful not to burn the mushrooms).
7. Transfer the grilled mushrooms to a plate, sprinkle a little parsley on top.
2. Mushroom with Sauce
Ingredients: 10 shiitake mushrooms, half a clove of garlic, 1 purple onion, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, suitable amount of chicken essence, half a cup of cornstarch.
Instructions:
1. Mix oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and chicken essence in water and stir well to make the sauce. If you like it saltier, you can add a little salt.
2. Finely chop the garlic and cut the purple onion into small pieces for later use.
3. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms, rinse them thoroughly, and cut them diagonally.
4. Boil a pot of water, after the water boils, add the mushrooms and cook until they foam and the water turns brown, then remove the mushrooms and let them drain.
5. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and purple onion and fry until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry. Next, add the adjusted sauce and stir-fry until bubbling, then reduce the heat. Once done, garnish the dish with a little scallion.
3. Mushroom Stir-Fried with Hoisin Sauce
Ingredients: 10 enoki mushrooms, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 purple onion, 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce, salt, sugar, half a cup of cornstarch.
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the garlic and cut the scallion into small pieces for later use.
2. Remove the stems of the enoki mushrooms, rinse them thoroughly, and cut them into thin slices.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and fry until fragrant, then add the sliced enoki mushrooms and stir-fry. Season with a pinch of salt, sugar, and one teaspoon of hoisin sauce, then stir-fry evenly.
Next, add the cornstarch, stir-fry until the soup thickens, remove from the heat, and sprinkle a little scallion on the plate.
This hoisin mushroom dish is quick to prepare, not too greasy, and easy to make. Anyone can do it.
