How to leave multiple groups on Facebook

Step 1: Access the Facebook app > Tap on the Menu with the 3 horizontal bars icon in the bottom right corner > Tap on Groups.

Step 2: Tap on the Settings with the gear icon in the top right corner > Tap on Members.

Step 3: Now, the list of groups you have joined will be displayed below. You can view and leave groups by tapping on Leave Group on the right side corresponding to each group.
