Shopee will notify you after receiving the refund request. Follow these instructions to complete the refund process:

Immediate Refund without Returning the Goods

If you receive a refund confirmation notification in the “Notification” section under “Order Update,” it means you will be refunded to your Shopee account balance, ShopeePay wallet, or credit/debit card.

Returning the Goods

If your refund request is accepted, you need to pack and return the goods to the Shopee warehouse if it was purchased from Shopee Mall or International Goods. Otherwise, you can send it to the seller’s address. The return shipping fee will be refunded according to Shopee’s policy.

The seller will check the returned items and approve the refund if the request is valid. Otherwise, they may not refund and send the original product back to you.
