Checking data usage by SMS syntax is a simple method that many people use. This method can be applied to all current Viettel 4G packages. You just need to compose a text message SMS according to the syntax: KTTK send 191 immediately the system will send a message notifying the remaining data usage of the 3G/4G package you are using.

Check Viettel data using USSD *098#

098# is the syntax for querying information services, promotions for Viettel mobile subscribers, helping users easily access information and quickly subscribe to services. To check Viettel data using 098#, you do the following:

Step 1: From the phone keypad, press *098# > Press OK/Call. Immediately after that, a list of information services and promotions that Viettel is currently deploying will appear > Choose Reply > Enter 00 > Press Reply at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Choose Reply > Enter 2 and press Reply to select the Utility section.

Step 3: When the screen switches to the next options, select Reply > Enter 3 and press Reply to select the item “3.Check, cancel package” > Do the same to select the item “3.Check remaining data, expiry date.”

At this time, the system will notify the remaining data and expiration.
