First, chop 200g of dark chocolate. Then, pour 750ml of fresh milk into a pot together with 80g of sugar and 7g of agar powder. Stir well and heat over medium heat. Next, add the chopped 200g of dark chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted completely. Then turn off the heat.

Pour the chocolate milk mixture into molds and tap gently to remove any bubbles on the surface. Or you can use milk cartons, cut off the top and pour in the pudding mixture. Use a toothpick to prick the bubbles on the surface so that the pudding is smoother. Let the mixture cool and refrigerate for about 4 – 5 hours.
