Step 1 Cook the silken tofu

Before cooking the silken tofu, soak the gelatin sheet in cold water to bloom. Next, you heat a pot on the stove and add 250ml soy milk with sugar, a pinch of salt, 1/2 tablespoon of granulated sugar, 100ml unsweetened fresh milk, 50ml whipping cream. Stir well and cook until the mixture boils, then turn off the heat.

At this point, you add the soaked gelatin sheet to the pot of milk and stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Step 2 Pour the tofu mold

You divide the soy milk mixture into small molds, let them cool and put them in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. If possible, you can leave the silken tofu overnight to solidify it.
