Step 1 Cook the sauce
Put into a pan 20g water, 25g soy sauce, 60g corn syrup, 25g sugar, 1g salt. Stir well and cook over low heat until the ingredients are dissolved and the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.

Spread out the seaweed sheet and use a brush dipped in the sauce. Brush a thin layer over the seaweed sheet. Next, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top. Continue to spread the sauce on another seaweed sheet and cover the sesame seeds. Lightly roll the two seaweed sheets together with a rolling pin. Keep doing this until you have used up all of the seaweed sheets.
Place the snack pieces on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 110 degrees Celsius. When the oven is hot, put the snack in and bake at 110 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
