Steps to Reset VssID Password on Zalo

Step 1: Open the Zalo app and navigate to Zalo OA for the Thu Duc City Social Insurance.
You will be directed to a new page where you can find and click on the ‘Interest’ button.

Step 2:

You will be redirected to a messaging interface with Thu Duc City Social Insurance.

You can select the option Reissue VssID password or send a message requesting to Cancel VssID account.

After sending your request, you will receive a reply with details on the available methods.

Step 3:
