Block outgoing calls from the sim, only allowing incoming calls.
After 15 days of a one-way sim block and you still haven’t paid the fee, the subscription will be blocked from both making and receiving calls.
When your sim is blocked from both making and receiving calls, you will have 30 days to keep your number. If after 30 days you still haven’t paid the fee, the network provider will reclaim the sim and return it to their sim inventory.
Finally, if you still fail to pay, you will be blacklisted by Viettel. Later on, whenever you need to get a new sim or register for ownership, …, you will be required to pay the full fee. More seriously, your registration may be denied.
