Nguyen Sinh Restaurant has been famous for its cold cut sandwiches targeting the middle class and civil servants since 1942 in Hanoi. The Nguyen Sinh bakery in Saigon opened in 1982. It has been considered a “luxurious” bakery for many years due to its unique service.
