On June 3rd, Tran Thanh treated his parents to dinner. Instead of choosing a new place, his parents suggested going to a restaurant that the MC has been running for six years, as they are already familiar with the food. The restaurant currently has two branches and mainly serves Chinese cuisine.

The family ordered a variety of dishes, including crab glass noodles, garlic ribs, scallop with cheese, XO sauce fried spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, and three types of roasted meat. ‘Mind-blowingly delicious, I never get tired of eating at my own restaurant,’ he said. These are all well-loved dishes by customers, along with some new additions for this month.

The ‘Tam Bao’ meat trio is a bestseller, consisting of three types of roasted meat: char siu, pork, and duck. The pork crackling was crispy, with tender and mildly sweet meat. The duck was cooked to perfection, with a rich flavor. The char siu was also tender, with spices infused into the meat, and a little fat for a buttery texture. The dipping sauce added a nice touch to this dish.

The crab glass noodles, a new addition to the menu, have already become a customer favorite. The soft and chewy noodles are soaked in a rich sauce made from crab, squash, and dried shrimp.

The scallop with cheese dish features grilled fresh scallops with melted cheese, served with shredded daikon and carrot.

The XO sauce fried spring rolls are a unique take on a traditional dish, with a crispy exterior and a mildly spicy sauce. The restaurant offers over 70 dishes and drinks, including stews, dim sum, noodles, chicken rice, grilled dishes, and stir-fries, all with a traditional Hong Kong flair and a modern twist.

Don’t miss out on the dim sum options when visiting Tran Thanh’s restaurant. Dim sum refers to a variety of dishes with meat fillings wrapped in dough, such as golden kim sa buns, shrimp dumplings, and scallop dumplings.

Tran Thanh and his parents enjoyed a selection of dim sum, including shrimp siu mai, crab meat dumplings, and scallop dumplings. With 25 types of dim sum on the menu, there’s something for everyone. Some popular noodle dishes include dry char siu noodles and Hong Kong-style siu cai noodles, available until 5 pm daily. In addition, the restaurant introduces new dishes every month, with this month’s specials including crab glass noodles, tofu chicken skewers, charred garlic beef fried rice, abalone siu mai, garlic ribs, and scallop with cheese.
