Ingredients:
Thinly sliced beef.
Pineapple, lemongrass, shallots, garlic.

Coconut water and rice vinegar.
Instructions:
Broth: Bring coconut water to a boil, add rice vinegar, sliced pineapple, lemongrass, shallots, and a pinch of salt.

Instructions:
Broth: Sauté garlic and shallots, add tomatoes and stir. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Add “lá giang” and season with sugar, fish sauce, and MSG.
