Using Boiling Water
Boiling water is an effective life hack to unclog drains, and it’s a method employed by many. Typically, this method is used to clear grease and food debris from kitchen sinks, but it can also be applied to bathroom drains.
All you need to do is pour boiling water directly into the floor drain to dissolve any built-up grime. If the clog is more severe, you can add a bit of lemon juice to enhance the effect. Remember to wear a mask to avoid inhaling any unpleasant drain odors.

Using Duct Tape
This is an effective method for unclogging a toilet. Prepare some duct tape and a cloth to dry the toilet bowl rim. Securely tape over the toilet bowl opening, making sure it’s airtight. Then, flush the toilet, and the pressure will cause the duct tape to puff up. Slowly press the tape back down until the pressure subsides. Repeat this process until the toilet is completely unclogged.
Baking Soda, Vinegar, and Hot Water to the Rescue
Baking soda is not just for baking; it’s also a miracle worker for unclogging drains. Get some boiling water, baking soda, and a bottle of vinegar. Start by pouring a sufficient amount of baking soda directly into the pipe. Then, slowly add the vinegar. The vinegar’s acid will react with the baking soda, creating a fizzing action that softens waste and enhances chemical reactions.
Wait for about 5-10 minutes, and then pour warm water into the sink. The warm water, combined with the previous ingredients, will make the waste disappear.
