2 ears of sweet corn, 1 pack (220ml) of unsweetened fresh milk, 125ml condensed milk, 1 liter of water, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Step 1: Boil the Corn
Remove the outer layer of the corn and rinse it thoroughly. Boil the corn with the inner layer intact to retain its sweetness and aroma. Use 1 liter of water and boil for about 10 minutes. Lower the heat to prevent overcooking.
Once the corn is cooked, let it cool down, and then use a knife to separate the kernels.
Step 2: Blend and Strain
Blend the boiled corn with the corn water, fresh milk, and condensed milk until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove any large particles.
Your creamy corn milk is now ready! Ensure your blender is clean to avoid any bacterial contamination. If not serving immediately, heat the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously to prevent burning and separation.
Method 2: Raw Corn Milk
Ingredients
2 ears of young corn, 1 liter of filtered water, 1 pack of unsweetened milk, 125ml condensed milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Step 1: Prepare the Corn
Remove the outer layer, silk, and husk of the corn. Rinse it thoroughly and cut the kernels off the cob. Blend the corn with filtered water until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to ensure a smooth texture.
Step 2: Cook the Corn Milk
Combine the corn puree with the milk and heat it over medium heat until it simmers. Keep stirring for about 5-7 minutes to prevent separation. You can use a stovetop, microwave, or electric cooker for this step. Turn off the heat and let the corn milk cool down.
The leftover corn cobs, husks, and silk can be boiled to make a flavorful tea, or you can use this corn tea instead of filtered water for a sweeter and more aromatic corn milk.

For a vegan option, omit the dairy milk and condensed milk, and blend the corn with coconut meat instead. You can also make fresh corn milk without any additives or just a touch of sugar to taste. Adding a pinch of salt enhances the flavor and helps prevent separation.
