Story 1. If not happy, then divorce!
Today, when I came home, my father immediately recognized it. He teared up and said, “If you’re not happy, then get a divorce!”
My mother said, “If you get divorced, what will happen to your child? It’s so pitiful!”
My father said, “Then what will happen to my child?”
In that moment, I burst into tears.
Story 2: Heartwarming lies

Story 3: Dyeing hair for father
Today I saw my father dyeing his hair at home. I asked him, “Dad, you’re almost 60 years old, why are you still dyeing your hair? Do you still want to try your luck in love?”
My father said, “Every time before I return to the village, I dye my hair black, so that your grandmother will think I’m still young, and she won’t think she’s old.”

Story 4: Spend more time with mom and dad
A man stopped at a flower shop to order flowers for his mother. His mother lived more than 200 miles away, and he would have the florist deliver them to her. When he got out of his car, he noticed a young girl crying on the side of the road. He asked her what was wrong, and she replied, “I want to buy a rose for my mother. But I only have 75 cents, and the roses cost $2.”
The man smiled and said, “Come with me. I’ll buy you a rose.” He bought the girl a rose as promised and had the flowers delivered to his mother’s house. When they left, he offered to give the girl a ride home. The girl agreed to let him take her to her mother’s place. She only directed him to a lonely place, and it wasn’t until he stopped the car that the man realized it was a cemetery. The girl placed the rose on a clean grave.
The man returned to the flower shop, canceled the flower delivery, and bought a large bouquet of flowers. He drove straight to his mother’s house, a journey of over two hundred miles, but the encounter with the girl had made him understand that his mother was his family, and you only have one mother. If he didn’t go today, he might not have another chance in the future.
Story 5: Unconditional love exists in the world
On New Year’s Eve, I couldn’t go back to my hometown to celebrate because I was working somewhere else. Even though I had told my parents that I couldn’t go back, my father still braved the bone-chilling cold wind and went to the train station to wait for me.
It was late at night, and my mother called him to come back, but my father said, “What if she lies to us? What if she comes back in the middle of the night? What should we do?”
After hearing my mother tell this story, my heart felt warm like spring, but also felt extremely heartrending…
