- 100gr pumpkin puree
- 100ml apricot juice
- 50ml vanilla syrup
- 400ml apple cider (non-alcoholic)
- 100ml ginger beer (optional)

2 How to Make Pumpkin Gummies
Step 1 Prepare the Pumpkin Fizz Mixture
Blend 100gr of pumpkin puree until smooth, then mix it with 100ml of apricot juice. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to obtain a smooth pumpkin-apricot blend.

Combine the pumpkin-apricot blend with 50ml of cream soda, 400ml of apple cider, 100ml of ginger beer (if desired), and ice. Your pumpkin fizz is now ready!

In a bowl, mix 200ml of apple cider with 8 tablespoons of gelatin. Microwave this mixture for about 30 seconds until the gelatin is completely dissolved, then stir well.

Prepare a spherical mold. Pour the gummy mixture into one half of the mold and cover it with the other half, which has holes. Gently press the two halves together to remove excess liquid, creating a smooth and round edge. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until the gummies are firm.
