Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and cut them into small rings. Place them in a ceramic or glass bowl, add about 100ml of water, cover, and microwave for approximately 6 minutes. Then, remove the potatoes, stir, and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain the water, peel, and add a pinch of salt. Mash the potatoes, then mix in 85g of yogurt and 3 egg yolks.
