If you’re still wondering how to cut and peel a pomelo to make an impression, check out Moc Anh’s method below:

Preparation:

– 1 pomelo

– Sharp knife with a pointed tip

Instructions:

1. Cut off the top of the pomelo with a knife.

2. With the knife, press and make a circular incision around the fruit’s segment.

3. Next, use your thumb to press along the incision, gradually separating the peel from the fruit. You can also use a spoon handle for this step, but using your fingers is more precise.

4. Slowly use the knife and your fingers to separate the fruit, applying a little more force. Eventually, you will be able to remove the fruit from the peel without tearing or crushing it.

5. Now, carefully peel each segment. Be gentle to avoid breaking the fruit.

6. Once all the segments are peeled, arrange them back into the pomelo peel.

7. Your beautifully presented pomelo is now ready to be served to your guests.

Note: This method of peeling pomelos is suitable for certain varieties, such as green-skinned pomelos and red Fukien pomelos.

Good luck!
