The inception of Tòhe was inspired by a moment that ignited a passion for fostering joy, celebrating cultural heritage, and making a positive impact on the community.

Where Children are Called “Artists”

About two decades ago, three young volunteers, Nguyễn Đinh Nguyên, Phạm Thị Ngân, and Nguyễn Thị Thanh Tú, had a profound realization during their visit to the Thụy An Center (Ba Vì). They witnessed the raw and emotional artwork of underprivileged children, which awakened in them a desire to protect and promote the innocence and joy that these children embodied.

The founders of Tòhe wanted to recapture the purity and joy of childhood that adults often lose amidst the complexities of life. They believed that creating a safe and creative environment for disadvantaged children could help nurture their artistic talents and bring positive change to their lives.

Tòhe was born from the innocent smiles of these children and the bold vision to spread their joy through art.

With a mission to create a healthy and creative environment for underprivileged children, Tòhe offers more than just art classes. It provides a comprehensive art ecosystem for children with disabilities, autism, orphans, and those from remote rural areas.

The organization conducts basic and advanced art classes, vocational training, and community engagement activities to help these children develop their artistic skills and better integrate into society as they grow up. Tòhe also collaborates with partners to develop corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs through meaningful corporate gifts and cultural-social initiatives.

Nurturing Art through Childhood Creativity

Unlike traditional charity models that solely focus on giving, Tòhe transforms the creativity of these young artists into tangible products for daily use. This unique approach generates resources to sustain and expand their support for more children in need.

The name Tòhe is derived from a traditional Vietnamese children’s toy made from rice flour, which is both fun to play with and edible. Similarly, Tòhe aims to nourish children’s souls through enjoyable and meaningful creative activities.

The organization carefully selects, digitizes, and incorporates the children’s artwork into the design of various products such as bags, wallets, travel accessories, tech accessories, home decor, and toys.

The product designs capture the essence of the children’s artwork, reflecting their innocence and positive energy.

Additionally, Tòhe is committed to recognizing and valuing the creative contributions of these young artists. They pledge to allocate 5% of the revenue from each product sold as royalties for the children, amounting to over 2 billion VND in total royalties for more than 5,000 children who have participated in their programs since 2024.

Celebrating Cultural Heritage and Connecting with the Community

In 2025, Tòhe continues its community engagement journey by participating in the first episode of the “Tinh Hoa Việt Chung Sức” program on the Shopee e-commerce platform.

The program will be hosted by MC Thanh Thanh Huyền and feature veteran journalist Vũ Kim Hạnh and KOL Huy Linh Tinh.

“Tinh Hoa Việt Chung Sức” is a unique livestream series that celebrates “made-in-Vietnam” products and encourages the community to embrace the “support local” spirit. Airing monthly on the 15th since April 2025, it provides a platform for businesses to promote their products while also showcasing local cultural heritage and sharing their entrepreneurial journeys.

With a blend of talk show, game show, and shopping elements, the program offers a fresh and engaging shopping experience, connecting local businesses with Vietnamese consumers nationwide.

Shopee will offer exclusive vouchers and a pool of 10 million Shopee Coins during the livestream, making Tòhe’s products even more accessible and affordable for viewers.

Don’t miss the first episode of “Tinh Hoa Việt Chung Sức,” broadcasting live on Shopee Live at https://shopee.vn/m/TinhHoaVietChungSuc at 11:00 AM on April 15th.
