2. Can I Get On-Site TV Warranty/Repair Services?

Whether on-site warranty services are available depends on the size of your TV and your proximity to an authorized service center. In some cases, a technician may be dispatched to your location to inspect and service your TV.

To save time, money, and effort, we recommend contacting the brand or our hotline at 1900 232 465 before deciding to transport your TV to a service center.

3. What Documents Are Needed for TV Warranty/Repair Services?

Brands like Samsung, Sony, and Toshiba have implemented electronic warranty systems based on the serial number of your TV. You only need to provide this serial number to the warranty service provider, and no additional paperwork is required.

The serial number on Samsung TVs is usually located at the back and labeled as “S/N.”

The serial number on Sony TVs is typically found at the back and labeled as “SER. NO.”

For other TV brands, the warranty period is based on the warranty card provided with your purchase. Make sure to keep this card handy for warranty claims.

Additionally, if you purchased your TV from our store, you can use either the warranty card or your purchase invoice for warranty services.

4. How Long Does TV Warranty/Repair Take?

The duration of TV warranty/repair services can vary from 1-2 days to 1-2 months, depending on the severity of the issue. Major brands like Samsung and Sony typically offer faster services due to their extensive parts inventory and efficient replacement processes.

5. Are There Any Charges for TV Warranty/Repair Services?

[checklist]

  • If the issue occurs within the warranty period and is due to a technical fault, the repair, including parts replacement, is entirely free of charge.
  • If the problem arises due to user error (e.g., water damage, physical damage, exposure to extreme conditions) within the warranty period, there may be repair or replacement charges.
  • For issues occurring outside the warranty period, all brands may charge for parts replacement, repair, or even diagnostics.

6. Will My TV Perform as Good as New After Warranty/Repair Services Involving Part Replacements?

TVs are unique in that their components are typically replaced rather than repaired during warranty services. Rest assured that your TV will function optimally after authorized warranty services.
