In Vietnam, there is an abundance of fresh fruits available in many varieties. Unfortunately, some merchants have resorted to soaking produce with chemicals to quicken the ripening process with the main intent to earn greater profits. Unfortunately, this poses a danger to the health of consumers. So, how can we ensure that fruits are not contaminated with any hazardous chemicals?
