Opening at 9 a.m. sharp and operating only from July through February, sister Thuy's sticky rice and cassava stall has earned a quirky reputation among locals in Hai Phong. Nicknamed "the stall that requires a connection to buy from," it sells out daily, using up to a ton of ingredients (cassava and sticky rice) in just a few hours of operation.
