As of 1:40 a.m. on July 20, according to a report by the Quang Ninh People's Committee, 45 out of 49 individuals involved in the tourist boat capsizing incident in Ha Long Bay have been accounted for. Among them, 10 survivors have been rescued, while 35 have tragically perished. The search continues for the remaining four missing individuals.
