Liquid Ammonia
Liquid ammonia is a great solution for removing tough stains from clothes. To eliminate white sweat stains, mix liquid ammonia and water in a 50/50 ratio. Wet the stain with the mixture and scrub thoroughly after a few minutes.

Vinegar
Soak the stain in vinegar overnight. In the morning, wash the clothes as usual. This method works best for colored clothes. However, it is recommended to avoid applying vinegar to white clothes as it may cause yellow stains.
Lemon Juice
With the help of lemon juice, you can remove sweat stains easily. Apply a few drops of lemon juice directly on the stain. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then hand wash in warm water.
Salt
This method helps remove old stains from fabric. It is safe for both white and colored clothes. Dampen the stained area, sprinkle salt on it, and let it sit for 8-12 hours or overnight. Then dampen it again and add some more salt. Gently rub the fabric. After removing the salt, put the clothes in the washing machine.
Dishwashing Liquid
Dishwashing liquid can effectively remove tough stains, including sweat stains. Apply a small amount of dishwashing liquid to the stain, gently scrub, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then rinse the clothes thoroughly.
Vodka
Vodka is a great solution for removing white stains from dark clothes. To remove the stain, apply a small amount of vodka and wait for a few minutes. The effectiveness will be noticeable almost immediately. Sometimes, it’s recommended to leave the vodka on the fabric for a longer period, but not more than an hour.
