Hoang Phuc Pagoda, formerly known as Kinh Thien Pagoda or Tram Pagoda, is located in Thuan Trach ward, now part of My Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province. This ancient pagoda, over 300 years old, dates back to the Ly dynasty.
