Using Green Tea

Natural ingredients always contain many essential vitamins for the skin such as oats, green tea, coconut oil,…helping the skin to be plump and radiant.

In green tea leaves, there are many chlorophyll compounds along with EGCG that are antioxidants and many acids that are beneficial for the skin. At the same time, using green tea helps the skin to minimize the impact of sunlight and harmful UV rays.

Green tea combined in bathing powder products also helps to cleanse the skin, treat back acne, exfoliate dead skin cells, and anti-aging.

Using Lemon for Skin Whitening When Sunburned

Lemon is an excellent ingredient to restore sunburned skin because it has natural whitening properties:

Take fresh lemon juice and apply it to sunburned skin, let it dry and then rinse with cool water.

You can also add a little sugar to lemon juice and apply it to the skin. Sugar is an excellent cleansing agent, so this method is very effective. Do it 2-3 times a week for best results.

Skin Whitening with Aloe Vera

Aloe vera will help brighten the skin within a week. Besides, it also helps to cleanse and moisturize the skin. Apply aloe vera gel to the sunburned area before going to bed. Rinse off in the morning.

Egg Whites

Separate 1-2 egg whites and use a cotton pad to apply directly to the skin. The enzyme in raw egg whites soothes and repairs damaged sunburned skin. When the egg whites dry, the pain in the sunburned skin also disappears, but note that you should choose clean eggs at the supermarket.

Vinegar

You can use white vinegar or apple cider vinegar lightly on the damaged skin area with a towel or spray directly onto the skin. Or the simplest way is to add 2-3 cups of vinegar to warm water and bathe.

Milk

Milk is very good for restoring sunburned skin, so you can use a milk-soaked towel to cover your skin or bathe directly with milk. Apply white yogurt directly to the sunburned skin is also a good method to treat sunburn.

Removing Sunburned Skin with Cucumbers

Cucumbers also help to whiten sunburned skin. Cucumbers have a cool effect, so it soothes and moisturizes the skin well.

Mix 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Then add turmeric powder and mix well. Apply to the face for about 30 minutes before rinsing with clean water. A simple way is to cut the cucumber into thin slices and apply to the face.
