1 Procedure for F0 and F1 to Receive VND 80,000/day Allowance from the State
For F1 Isolated at Home and F0 Treated at Home
If you are F0 being treated or F1 isolated at home, please prepare the following documents to receive the allowance:
- Document from the district or communal People’s Committee or the medical authority on home treatment.
- Certificate of completion of home treatment or confirmation of home treatment duration for F0.
- Copy of one of the following papers: Birth certificate, identity card, social insurance card, health insurance card, or disability certificate.
For F1 isolated at home and F0 treated at home
For F0 Treated at a Medical Facility
If you are F0 and are being treated at a medical facility, please prepare the following documents to receive the allowance:
- List of F0 eligible for the policy prepared by the unit according to Form No. 8a enclosed with Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg.
- Discharge paper or death certificate issued by the medical facility or confirmation document from the medical facility (compared to the previous regulation, “death certificate or confirmation document from the medical facility” has been added).
- Copy of one of the following papers: Birth certificate, birth certificate, passport, identity card, social insurance card, health insurance card, or disability certificate.
For F0 treated at a medical facility
Note: Submit the documents to the People’s Committee of the provincial level. The deadline for receiving the documents is March 31, 2022.
For F0 Who Has Completed Treatment at a Medical Facility
For those who used to be F0 and have completed treatment at a medical facility, the documents for receiving the allowance include:
- Discharge paper.
- Receipt for food payment at the treating medical facility.
- Copy of one of the following papers: Birth certificate, birth certificate, passport, identity card, social insurance card, or health insurance card.
For F0 who has completed treatment at a medical facility
Note: F0 and F1 cases who have completed treatment and home isolation shall submit the documents to the People’s Committee of the communal level where they reside. The deadline for receiving the documents is January 31, 2022.
2 Support Level and Duration for F0 and F1
For F0 Cases
For F0 cases, after submitting sufficient documents as instructed above, the support level and duration are as follows:
- Support for food at VND 80,000 per person per day.
- From April 27, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the support duration shall follow the actual treatment duration but not exceed 45 days.
Support level and duration for F0 and F1
For F1 Cases Under Medical Isolation
For F1 cases under medical isolation as decided by the competent authority:
- Support for food at VND 80,000 per person per day.
- From April 27, 2021 to December 31, 2021, the maximum support duration is 21 days.
