During the cooking process, especially when boiling, frying, sautéing… it is unavoidable that water or grease often splashes out and sticks to the surface of the induction cooker. If left for a long time, the stains will be burnt, leaving dull stains, making the kitchen less aesthetic and reducing cooking efficiency.
Therefore, after each cooking, you need to wipe it carefully. For stubborn stains, you can use the following methods:
Using baking soda
You should dissolve baking soda in water evenly (2:1 ratio), then pour this mixture onto the kitchen surface. Leave it for about 15 minutes, then wipe the kitchen surface with a soft cloth.
Using lemon juice + white vinegar
First, you need to dilute lemon juice or white vinegar with warm water (1:1:1 ratio), then put them into a spray bottle. Then, you just need to spray this solution on the stains on the kitchen surface and wipe them clean.
Using specialized cleaning solution
For tougher stains, you need to use specialized cleaning solutions and spray them on the glass surface that needs to be cleaned, then spread the solution evenly over the glass, leave it for about 5 minutes, then use a soft cloth made of cotton to wipe the glass clean.
Using specialized scraper
When both methods above cannot clean the stains, you need to use a specialized scraper. This is a specialized tool used to remove stubborn stains. Use the scraper to remove the stains, then wipe them clean using method 1 or method 2 above.
3 notes when cleaning the induction cooker glass – Before cleaning, you need to make sure that the power cord of the cooker has been unplugged and the glass surface of the cooker has cooled down. – When the kitchen surface is still hot, you absolutely should not spray any type of cleaning solution on it, as it will not clean the kitchen surface and make it harder to clean. – When using the scraper, you need to be very careful to avoid scratching the glass surface, which will affect the aesthetics of the kitchen. If accidentally scratched, you can mix baking soda with water in a 3:1 ratio, apply it to the scratch and the surrounding area. Leave it for about 10 minutes, then use a soft cloth to wipe it in small circular motions until the scratch disappears or fades. |
