Cleaning pig intestines with flour

First, you need to prepare the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • Pig intestines
  • Vinegar
  • Flour
  • Salt

Instructions:

Step 1: Rinse the pig intestines to remove any external impurities, then use a knife to remove any excess fat around. Then turn the intestines inside out and continue to cut out any internal impurities. Use a knife to scrape off the yellowish substance on the surface of the intestines.

Step 2: Turn the outside of the intestines inside out and place them in a pot or basin. Then sprinkle a sufficient amount of flour on the intestines and rub them evenly. The flour, with its tiny particles, can clean the slimy substances of the intestines.

In addition to flour, you can also use the following method to clean pig intestines:

Ingredients:

  • Pig intestines: 1 piece
  • 100 grams of coarse salt or normal table salt.
  • 2 lemons.
  • Ginger wine (if available).
  • 100ml of vinegar.

Instructions:

Step 1: After removing impurities and excess fat, turn the intestines inside out and rinse them directly with water.

Step 2: Next, add salt and vigorously rub to remove all the mucus. Remember to squeeze and clean all the folds. Then use a knife to scrape off any remaining impurities on the intestines and rinse them clean with water.
