Step 1: Wash the lemongrass stalks, then cut them into small pieces that fit in your bottle. Next, peel off the outer layer of lemongrass.

Step 2: Crush the lemongrass stalks, then put them into a clean glass bottle, and add 200 ml of filtered water and 200 ml of white wine. Note to pour so that the lemongrass stalks are completely submerged to avoid mold.

Step 3: Close the glass bottle tightly and store it in a cool place for 3 days for the lemongrass to release its essential oil. After 3 days, put the soaked lemongrass into a blender and blend until smooth.
