– A pair of chopsticks
– A knife
– Rubber gloves
– The fish
How to do it:
– Put on the gloves, locate the anus of the fish

– Use a knife to cut a short section (about 2 finger lengths) into that anus.

– Take the first chopstick, poke it from the fish mouth, separate the fish from its body, then push the chopstick into the fish’s belly. The chopstick must go close to the belly to separate the fish guts from the belly wall. Do the same with the other chopstick.

– Hold the fish tightly with one hand, and hold the chopsticks tightly with the other hand, then rotate them a few times to completely separate the fish guts from the belly wall, wrap the guts inside the chopsticks.

– While still holding the chopsticks and the fish, slowly pull the chopsticks out of the fish’s mouth. Now you will see the fish guts come out of the mouth along with the chopsticks.

– Rinse the fish under running water by pouring water into the fish’s mouth and then draining it. To make it cleaner, you can insert your finger into the cut part of the fish anus and scrub off all the black membrane inside the fish belly. Finally, wash until clean.
