Ingredients: 150g garlic chives, 200g shiitake mushrooms, 200g dried tofu, 200g textured vegetable protein, a moderate amount of olive oil, a sufficient amount of garlic sauce.
Instructions:
1. Prepare the garlic chives first. Boil water in a pot, wash the garlic chives, blanch for 1 minute, then remove and let it cool.
2. Divide the garlic chives in half. Cut the dried tofu, textured vegetable protein into strips, and remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms, then wash them.
