How to Use the Brake Lock Latch
To engage the brake lock latch, first, fully squeeze the left brake lever, then gently flip the latch up, and finally release the brake. This will lock the rear wheel, preventing the scooter from rolling when parked or stopped on an incline. To unlock the brake, simply squeeze and release the brake lever.
It’s important to note that if the rear brake is adjusted too tightly, the brake lock feature may not function properly. Therefore, it’s crucial to set the brake tension according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
