For this method, you will need baking soda, a bucket of warm water, and a sponge.
Step 1: Mix baking soda into the bucket of warm water and pour the solution into your washing machine. Let it sit for 30-60 minutes.
Step 2: Make a slightly thicker mixture of baking soda and water and set it aside. Then, start a normal wash cycle to rinse the inside of the machine, and turn it off when it’s done.
Step 3: Use a soft cloth or sponge dipped in the thicker baking soda mixture to wipe down the inside of the machine. Finally, run a normal rinse cycle to finish.
