Refrigerating Tofu
If you plan to store tofu for up to a week, the best place is in the refrigerator. Prepare a container that can accommodate the amount of tofu you wish to store, along with clean water, and follow these steps:
– Place the tofu in the container and pour in clean water until it just covers the surface of the tofu. This ensures the tofu remains moist and fresh until used.
