2. How is the salary calculated for working on April 30th and May 1st, 2024?
According to the provisions of Articles 98 and 112 of the 2019 Labor Code, when working on April 30th and May 1st, in addition to the holiday pay, employees will also receive overtime pay.
Overtime pay for working on the April 30th and May 1st holidays according to Article 98 of the Labor Code is as follows:
