Visit the website: thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn

Enter your username: ID card/CCC number

Password: Use the password provided during exam registration. If you have changed your password, use the new one.

Step 2 Access the Online Application Feature

First, go to the “Registration Form” section and click on “Online Application”.

To add more applications, click on the “Add Application” button.

After the application form appears, fill in all the required fields: Application Order, School Code, Major, and Subject Combination.

Step 3 Print the Application List Before Making Changes

Click on the “Print List” button to print your application list:

Step 4 Modify Your Applications

After submitting your applications, you can still rearrange their order, delete, edit, or add new ones.

To change the order, enter the desired application number in the “Application Order” field and then click on the “Arrange by Application Order” button to sort the applications in ascending order from Application 1 to 2, 3, etc.

To delete an application, click on the “red trash can” icon next to the application.

A confirmation window will pop up. Click “Yes” to confirm the deletion.

To add a new application, click on the “Add Application” button and fill in all the required information.

Note: The “Add Application” button will only appear if the total number of applications is less than the initial number of applications you submitted when registering for the entrance exam.

To edit an application, click on the “pencil” icon next to the application and make the necessary changes.

Step 5 Save Your Information

Once you have finished editing your application information, click on the “Save Information” button. The system will then display the “Registered Application List” for your confirmation.

Next, click on the “Confirm Registration” button. The system will save your information and may take a few minutes to process and update the data.

After the system has confirmed your information, you can continue to make changes to your applications within the allowed time frame.

Step 6 Verify Your Application Changes

After successfully modifying your applications, log out of the application function and the System. Then, log in again, go to the “Online Application” section, access your application information, and print your application list.

Note: To successfully modify your college applications, you must complete all the steps without skipping or stopping before the final step. The time shown in the image is from previous years’ adjustment periods.
