It’s become a tradition for me and my family to visit Chua Huong Tich every year to pray for a peaceful new year. There is a Tiger God statue in the main hall, so I bring some wind oil to the temple. After offering incense, I rub the oil on the tiger’s back and then on my own back, hoping that my spinal degeneration will heal quickly,” Mr. Nam said.
