Pickup Time:
For orders delivered to the recipient:
- Orders created before 2:00 PM will be picked up before midnight on the same day.
- Orders created after 2:00 PM will be picked up before noon the next day.
For return orders:
- Pickups will be made from midnight of the day the return order is approved.
Delivery Time:
- For orders delivered to the recipient: calculated from the first delivery attempt to the recipient’s address.
- For return orders: calculated from the successful return delivery to the sender’s address.
