4. How to Brew Delicious Weasel Coffee

Step 1 Boil water and rinse the phin (traditional Vietnamese coffee filter) with hot water.

Step 2 Add 20 grams of weasel coffee to the phin and use the lid to gently press and level the surface of the coffee grounds.

Step 3 Pour 20-25 ml of boiling water to let the coffee absorb the water.

Step 4 After about a minute, when the coffee grounds have absorbed the water, add another 35-40 ml of boiling water.
